On Tuesday 26th November at 6 p.m., at the end of a year full of initiatives, the Enoteca Regionale del Roero in Canale d'Alba invites members, wineries and sympathisers for a moment of meeting and reflection on the progress of 2024 in the winery and in the kitchen. In other words, to converse about wines and flavours and how a heritage of excellence is emerging.
There will be speakers of excellence who will bring their experience and vision: Gioacchino Bonsignore, Fulvio Marino, Davide Palluda.
