The lighting of the 80th match will be held on Saturday, the 26th of October from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Levi Distillery in Neive.
The lighting is the traditional ceremony that takes place at the Distillery on the last Saturday in October, now in its 80th year.
On that day the alembic is lit, which will distil continuously until the end of March and marks the beginning of our production.
On this day, a special limited and numbered edition grappa is prepared, which will be offered for free tasting along with all our other products.
There will also be stalls offering free tastings of raviolini Plin, freciule, chestnuts, mulled wine, bagna cauda, cold meats, sweets, and much more, all accompanied by the town's brass band.
For children, there will be a simulated truffle search with the dogs of the trifolau association.
