From 31 October to 3 November in Piazza Risorgimento in Alba, within a suggestive and elegant exhibition space, with the atmosphere of a refined pastry shop, the Nocciola Piemonte PGI from the Langhe and the authentic hills of the Alta Langa will be presented through images emotional, sensorial analyses, stories and moments of traditional music. In this space, guided tastings "Tasting Experiences" (free) will also be organised, which will allow us to talk about the organoleptic characteristics of our hazelnut, comparing it with other types of hazelnuts most used in the processing sector.
