Thursday, September 19 th will be the first edition of "Astigiani mercanti d'Europa: Festival del Medioevo astese. Edizione 2024: fiere, città e mercanti" to give the right space and prominence to medieval history, which represents the essence of the city of Asti.

Thursday, September, 19th - Palazzo Mazzola, Via Card. Massaia 5, Asti from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. - International Conference "Fiere, Città e Mercanti (1350-1600)’" followed by the Inauguration of the Exhibition "Fiere, città e mercanti (1350-1600)"
Friday, September, 20th - Giardini Guglielminetti, Palazzo Alfieri, Corso Alfieri 375, Asti 5.30 p.m. - Lectio Magistralis by Professor Franco Cardini, introduced by Professor Giuseppe Sergi; followed at 9 p.m. in Piazza Cattedrale Concert by La Ghironda ‘Pelllegrini, mercanti e vino"
Saturday, September 21st - Biblioteca Astense "G. Faletti", Via Goltieri 3, Asti at 11 am. - Meeting "Gialli e indagini nel medioevo, tra narrativa e realtà" by Riccardo Santagati
Sunday, September 22nd - Biblioteca Astense "G. Faletti", Via Goltieri 3, Asti 6 p.m. - Conference "Cronache di Asti nel Medioevo" by Prof. Marino Zabbia
The Festival continues on September, Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd with Arti e Mercanti (Arts and Merchants), a re-enactment of an ancient medieval market organised by the CNA of Asti with the patronage of the Municipality.
