Sweet red wine to be served with desserts made from grape vines in a small territory between the provinces of Asti and Alessandria, near the town of Casorzo, from which the wine gets its name. It is vinified in red or rosé, sparkling and dried-grape dessert wine.

Colour: from ruby red to pink.
Bouquet: characteristic and fragrant.
Taste: sweet, slightly aromatic, soft, characteristic.
Minimum alcohol content: 10,50% vol.
