Back at the Mirafiore Foundation in Serralunga d'Alba are the Literary Walks in the Forest of Thoughts
The appointments will begin on Thursday, May 22, with journalist Maurizio Mannoni and his narrative debut Quella notte a Saxa Rubra.
Thursday, May 29, will be the turn of Antonio Pascale with Cose umane, while on Thursday, June 5, writer Rosa Matteucci will read her Cartagloria.
The traditional “outside” event, in collaboration with the Ancalau Prize in Bosia (CN), is scheduled for Saturday, June 14, with the return of Orso Tosco and his new book La controra del Barolo, for which he has chosen the small village of Alta Langa as the setting for a new investigation of his “Commissario Pinguino.”
Thursday, June 19 will feature Matteo Saudino, the web's most beloved philosophy professor, with Anime Fragili, and on Monday, June 23, it will be the turn of Annalisa Bruchi who, together with Aldo Cazzullo, will read us her Ricchi o poveri?
On Thursday, June 26, Andrea De Carlo will be with us with his latest book La geografia del danno (The Geography of Damage), and on Thursday, July 3, it will be the turn of Mara Carollo's narrative debut Promettimi che non moriremo (Promise Me That We Will Not Die).
Closing the series of meetings, on Thursday, July 10, is a special event combining music and poetry: Pier Mario Giovannone will read Merry Story of a Sad Man, accompanied by musician Filippo Gambetta on accordion. The meeting is held in collaboration with the Attraverso Festival, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
