Langhe Rossese bianco Doc

Recently rediscovered, Rossese Bianco Langhe is a wine produced from the namesake grape native of Liguria, fairly widespread in Piemonte and already mentioned in texts from the 1600s, but abandoned for a long time because not very productive. In the eighties it was vinified again (pure), giving rise to an ageable and structured wine. In 2012 it was officially recognised as a Docg.

Langhe Rossese Bianco is great with fish, both raw and cooked, and with fish dishes in general, but also with medium-aged cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 12 °C.
