Officially recognised as Docg to protect a great raisin wine made from Moscato grapes gradually withered and potential Botrytizion, which increases the sugar content of the grapes during the ageing process, forming a sort of nectar, golden yellow in colour and with a minimum alcohol content of 13% vol. Loazzolo must be subjected to a minimum ageing period of 24 months, of which at least 6 months in wooden casks (max capacity: 250l)
