From the Alba White Truffle World Market, where one can purchase magnificent specimens certified by the Commission of Truffle Sensory Judges, to the Alba Truffle Show (featuring Cooking Shows with renowned chefs, Sensory Analysis and Wine Tastings), to meetings in collaboration with food and wine excellences from Langhe Monferrato Roero.
And then art exhibitions, musical shows and Alba Truffle Bimbi, dedicated to children and families. To culminate in the World Truffle Auction, which welcomes enthusiasts and gourmets from every corner of the globe!
